Good day, we are a small family with one child and are looking to buy a house privately in Kassel and the surrounding area, preferably within about 8 km. We are searching for a home where we can settle as a family and live long-term. If you would like to sell your house or are considering a sale, we would be very happy to hear from you. We are looking for: * A single-family house, two-family house, or multi-family house * Preferably with a separate apartment or multiple units * At least 4–5 rooms * At least approximately 110 m² of living space * A garden or some outdoor space would be nice, but is not a must. The financing is secured, and all necessary documents and requirements are already in place. A fair, honest, and respectful interaction is very important to us.
