The apartment is cozy, has all the conditions for living, close to the center, with a bus and tram nearby, many shops, an aquapark and the "Provesin" market nearby, there are two private kindergartens in the yard, and there are also public ones nearby, as well as schools, clubs, and entertainment for children.
New furniture and renovation. The air conditioner is not installed, but we can install it if necessary; in winter, the apartment is very warm, and there is underfloor heating.
In case of a power outage, we leave an ecoflow, and there is also a single-burner gas stove since an induction one is installed in the kitchen.
In case of alarms, there is a basement in the entrance that is open 24/7.
