We are selling our end-of-terrace house in Erftstadt-Liblar – a bright, modern, and very well-designed home for families or couples looking for more space while still wanting to be close to Cologne. The house was built in solid construction in 2018/2019 and offers approximately 140 m² of living space over three floors. For commuters, the connection is very convenient: by car, you can reach Cologne in about 20 minutes. The connections to the A61, A1, and A553 are only about two kilometers away. The Erftstadt-Liblar train station also offers good connections to Cologne.
