"Four-sided farmstead. Two-story, plastered residential building, presumably from the first quarter of the 19th century. Facade bends due to street layout. Solid base with sandstone-framed openings, upper floor timber-framed. Gable roof with eaves, on the west side with a double-broken hip. Wooden eaves cornice with dentil molding. Plastered pilasters. Front door with transom window and original door leaf. Gate and stable under one roof. Well-preserved typical building in an urbanistically prominent position."
Previously used as a residential house with agricultural outbuildings and a barn, it has been used purely for residential purposes in recent years.
