What Is Publisher

Publisher is a tool for automatically publishing real estate listings on external platforms and social media. It lets you promote properties across multiple channels simultaneously without manual copying.

Publisher is available in the cabinet under Tools > Publisher.

Supported Platforms

The following platforms are available for publishing:

Platform availability may depend on your country. Each platform requires a pre-connected account.

Connecting Accounts

Before publishing, you need to connect your social media accounts:

1. Go to the Publisher page in the cabinet
2. Click the connect button for the desired platform
3. Authorize on the platform in the popup window
4. Grant permission to publish on your behalf

Creating a Publication

Step 1: Select a Property

Choose a real estate property from your property list. The system will automatically pull in the photos, description, and property details.

Step 2: Select Platforms

Choose one or more platforms for publishing:

Step 3: Configuration

Depending on the selected platform, you can configure:

• Publication text (you can edit the auto-generated text)
• Privacy (for TikTok: public, friends only, private)
• Additional platform parameters

Step 4: Scheduling

You can publish immediately or schedule a publication for a specific date and time.

Batch Management

Publisher supports batch publication creation. You can select multiple properties and multiple platforms for simultaneous publishing.

Tracking Status

After creation, a publication receives a status:

If there is an error, you will see a description of the issue and can retry the publication.

Publication Logs

A detailed log is saved for each publication: time, platform, status, link to the result, or error description.
