What is Pay-as-you-go
Pay-as-you-go is a billing model without a subscription. You only pay for the actual usage of each AI tool. There is no need to choose a plan or pay a monthly fee.
This model is ideal for users who use tools infrequently or want to try a specific tool without commitment.

How Usage Billing Works
To ensure accurate billing, GREM uses a reservation system. This protects you from double charges and guarantees refunds in case of errors.
Payment Process
- Launch the tool — you click the generate button (content, photo, PDF, etc.)
- Fund reservation — the system reserves the required amount on your balance. The funds are held but not yet charged. The reservation expires after 30 minutes
- Processing — the AI tool performs the task
- Result:
- If the operation succeeds: funds are charged — the reserved amount is permanently deducted
- If the operation fails: funds are returned — the reserved amount is released back to your balance
Automatic Refund
If a reservation is not completed within 30 minutes, the system automatically returns the funds. This protects against situations where funds get stuck due to a technical issue.
Tracking Expenses
All pay-as-you-go operations are displayed in the transaction history. For each operation, you can see:
- Tool name
- Charge amount
- Operation status (reservation, charge, refund)
- Date and time
Before using an AI tool, make sure your balance has enough funds for the reservation. If the balance is insufficient, the operation will not start. Top up your balance: Top Up.
