What Are Smart Requests
Smart Requests is a smart matching system on the GREM Capital platform. You describe what you are looking for (a property or a specialist), and the system finds matching options and connects you with the right people.
Smart Requests are available in the cabinet under the "Smart Requests" section.
Request Types
| Type | Description |

| Property | Description of the desired property: type, location, area, budget |
| Specialist | Search for a broker, expert, or other professional |
The "Investment" type exists in the system but is currently unavailable in the cabinet's request creation form. This type may be added in future updates.
Key Request Parameters
- Property type: residential, commercial, industrial, land plot
- Location: country and city
- Area: minimum and maximum (sq.m)
- Price: minimum and maximum
- Contact details: phone, email, name
- Languages: communication languages
- Purpose: what you are looking for it
How It Works
- Create a request describing your needs
- The system analyzes your criteria
- Matching options and specialists receive notifications
- You receive responses and can continue communication through the messenger
