What It Is

AI Property Valuation determines the market value of a property based on its specifications, location, photos, and current market data. Two valuation types are available: full report and express estimate.

Valuation Types

Full Report (Full Appraisal)

A detailed 50+ page document with in-depth analysis:

• Valuation with justification
• Analysis of comparable properties on the market
• Assessment of property condition and features
• Factors affecting value
• Recommendations for increasing value
• Confidence indicator: high, medium, low, very low
• Download result as PDF

A full report requires filling out a form with 33+ parameters: property type, area, floor, condition, year built, infrastructure, photos, and more.

Express Estimate

A quick approximate valuation in 2 minutes:

• Enter the address, property type, area, room count, floor
• Get an approximate value and price range
• Ideal for a quick check before a full analysis

How to Use

Full Report

1. Go to AI > Property Valuation in the dashboard
2. Fill in the form with property specifications
3. Upload photos
4. Click "Evaluate"
5. Wait for the analysis to complete
6. Review the result or download the PDF

Express Estimate

1. Go to AI > Property Valuation and select the "Express Estimate" tab
2. Enter basic parameters (address, type, area, rooms, floor)
3. Get your result within 2 minutes

Repeat Valuation

You can repeat the valuation for the same property if you've updated the data or want to check how the value has changed over time. All previous reports are stored in the list.
