Where to Find Transaction History

The history of all wallet operations is available in the Wallet section of your dashboard. Here you can see top-ups, charges, refunds, and other operations.

The top bar of the dashboard also has a recent transactions widget. Click the wallet icon to see the latest operations without navigating to a separate page.

Operation Types

Each transaction is displayed as one of two types:

TypeDescription
IncomingBalance top-ups, refunds, bonuses
OutgoingService payments, withdrawals, fees

Transaction Statuses

StatusDescription
NewTransaction just created
PendingTransaction awaiting processing
ProcessingTransaction is being processed by the payment system
SuccessTransaction completed successfully
FailedTransaction failed
DeclinedTransaction declined or cancelled
RefundedFunds returned to balance

Viewing Transactions

The transaction list supports pagination. The most recent operations appear first.

Transaction Details

Click on any transaction to see full details:

  • Date — date and time of the operation
  • Operation ID — unique identifier
  • Amount — operation amount
  • Type — incoming or outgoing
  • Status — current transaction state

Reservation, charge, and refund transactions are linked to each other. When viewing a charge transaction, you will see a reference to the corresponding reservation.

Common Scenarios

Balance Top-Up

On a successful top-up, you will see an Incoming transaction with a Success status.

AI Tool Usage

When paying for usage, you may see up to three linked transactions:

  1. Fund reservation — the amount is held when the tool starts
  2. Fund charge — the final charge after completion
  3. Fund refund — a refund of the difference if the actual cost is less than the reserved amount

Subscription Payment

The monthly subscription charge appears as an Outgoing transaction.

Transactions with a "Failed" status do not affect your balance. If you see a failed transaction, no funds were charged.
