What Are Favorites
Favorites is a feature for saving interesting real estate properties and Smart requests for quick access. Saved items are stored in your profile and accessible from any device.
How to Add to Favorites
Real Estate Properties
On any page with real estate properties, click the heart icon on the card. The item will be marked and added to your favorites list.
You can add from:
- The real estate catalog
- A property details page
- Search results
Smart Requests
On the Smart Requests page, click the heart icon on a request card to save it to favorites.

How to Remove from Favorites
Click the heart icon again on any saved item. The mark is removed, and the item disappears from the favorites list.
Two Favorites Sections
Real estate properties are divided into two sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| My Properties | Your own properties, marked for quick access |
| All Properties | Other users' properties that caught your interest |
Viewing Saved Items
Saved real estate properties are available in the "Favorites" tab on the property list page.
The list supports:
- Pagination for navigation
- The same filters as the main list
- Switching between grid and list views
Cross-Device Sync
Favorites are tied to your account. A property saved in the cabinet (web) will also be available in the mobile app, and vice versa.
If a real estate property is deleted or unpublished by its owner, it will automatically disappear from your favorites list.
